The Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Research – Qualitative Research
  • Relevant experience in qualitative marketing research
  • Experience in moderating a range of qualitative methodologies (FGDs, IDIs, online communities, dyads, workshops, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify relevant and actionable insights and understand their business implications
  • Good knowledge of offline and online qualitative methodologies
  • Good business understanding
  • Client-centric mindset
  • Assertive personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Empathetic, with good team collaboration abilities
  • Solid moderation skills, with the ability to probe beyond declarative answers
  • Good project management and organizational skills
  • University degree in Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, SNSPA, or related fields
  • Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Description

What you will do:

  • Design research proposals together with senior team members by selecting appropriate methodologies and tools
  • Moderate qualitative methodologies (focus groups, IDIs, online communities, dyads, workshops, etc.)
  • Analyze and interpret qualitative data to extract meaningful insights
  • Write research reports including clear conclusions and recommendations
  • Prepare and contribute to client presentations, with a business-oriented approach
  • Collaborate with fieldwork and quantitative teams on project-related tasks
  • Communicate with end clients throughout research projects, under senior guidance
  • Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions
