Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Research – Qualitative Research
- Relevant experience in qualitative marketing research
- Experience in moderating a range of qualitative methodologies (FGDs, IDIs, online communities, dyads, workshops, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify relevant and actionable insights and understand their business implications
- Good knowledge of offline and online qualitative methodologies
- Good business understanding
- Client-centric mindset
- Assertive personality with good interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, with good team collaboration abilities
- Solid moderation skills, with the ability to probe beyond declarative answers
- Good project management and organizational skills
- University degree in Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, SNSPA, or related fields
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Job Description
What you will do:
- Design research proposals together with senior team members by selecting appropriate methodologies and tools
- Moderate qualitative methodologies (focus groups, IDIs, online communities, dyads, workshops, etc.)
- Analyze and interpret qualitative data to extract meaningful insights
- Write research reports including clear conclusions and recommendations
- Prepare and contribute to client presentations, with a business-oriented approach
- Collaborate with fieldwork and quantitative teams on project-related tasks
- Communicate with end clients throughout research projects, under senior guidance
- Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions
