ISENSE SOLUTIONS SRL is a market research company based in Romania.

2. Personal data we process

ISENSE SOLUTIONS SRL is a personal data controller. At this event our colleagues will take pictures and videos that might surprise you.

3. Why we need them

Based on the legitimate interest of ISENSE SOLUTIONS SRL to promote this event to Loyalty platform members.

4. What we do with them

Your personal data is processed within ISENSE SOLUTIONS SRL located in Romania. The images and videos will be stored in Microsoft 365, a platform provided by Microsoft Operations Ireland Limited in Ireland, a company acting as a processor for ISENSE SOLUTIONS SRL. The collected images will also be posted on the Loyalty platform of ISENSE SOLUTIONS SRL.

5. How long we keep personal data

We will keep images of you on our Loyalty platform for 20 years or until you decide to ask us to anonymize or delete your images.

6. What are your rights?

If you have reason to believe that any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request to see this information, to rectify it or ask for it to be erased, to request restriction of processing or to object to processing and you also have the right to data portability. If you wish to lodge a complaint about how we have processed your personal data, please contact the Data Protection Officer at the following e-mail address dpo@isensesolutions.ro. The Data Protection Officer will contact you to resolve the issue raised.
