Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing Research – Qualitative Research
- Relevant experience in qualitative marketing research
- Experience in moderating a wide range of methodologies (online communities, FGDs, IDIs, dyads, workshops, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify valuable and actionable insights and translate research data into business strategy
- Excellent knowledge of offline and online qualitative methodologies
- Good business understanding
- Client-centric mindset
- Assertive personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, with good leadership abilities
- Excellent moderation skills, going beyond declarative answers
- Strong project management skills
- Previous experience in business development is a plus
- University degree in Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, SNSPA or related fields
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
JOB DESCRIPTION
What you will do:
- Design research proposals by selecting the appropriate mix of methodologies and tools, while challenging client briefs to deliver tailored solutions
- Moderate a wide range of qualitative methodologies (focus groups, online communities, IDIs, dyads, workshops, etc.)
- Write research reports including actionable conclusions and recommendations
- Present and communicate insights in a persuasive and business-oriented manner
- Manage collaboration with fieldwork and quantitative teams on specific project tasks
- Communicate with end clients throughout research projects to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Present at or participate in a wide range of industry conferences
