Datele fac parte din studiul sindicalizat BRIT (Business &amp; Retail Innovation Tracker) despre pia\u021ba de banking, realizat de <a href=\"https:\/\/isensesolutions.com\/\">iSense Solutions<\/a>, reprezentativ pentru popula\u021bia urban\u0103 cu acces la internet, cu v\u00e2rsta \u00eentre 18 \u0219i 65 de ani.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-0\">Procentul celor care folosesc aplica\u021bii mobile de internet banking precum George, BT24 Mobile Banking sau ING Homebank este semnificativ mai mare \u00een r\u00e2ndul tinerilor (75% pentru cei cu v\u00e2rste \u00eentre 18-29 de ani). Totu\u0219i, gradul de adop\u021bie al aplica\u021biilor mobile este mai degrab\u0103 generalizat, penetr\u00e2nd \u0219i segmente mai mature (59% la cei \u00eentre 46-65 de ani).<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-0\">Gradul de utilizare al aplica\u021biilor de mobile banking este mai mare \u00een Bucure\u0219ti (77%) \u0219i zona de sud-est a \u021b\u0103rii (74%), precum \u0219i la persoanele cu venituri mari (74%). La polul opus, cele mai mici rate de adop\u021bie ale aplica\u021biilor de mobile banking se \u00eent\u00e2lnesc \u00een regiunile de nord-est, Muntenia \u0219i nord-vest (56%).<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-0\">Num\u0103rul mai mare de opera\u021biuni bancare online din timpul epidemiei a solicitat infrastructura electronic\u0103 a b\u0103ncilor, \u00eens\u0103 majoritatea clien\u021bilor (78%) nu au semnalat nicio problem\u0103 \u00een rela\u021bia cu b\u0103ncile cu care lucreaz\u0103 de obicei.
